The new edition of the Retail Forum will be held at the Novo Hotel job seekers database Center Madrid, where more than six hundred retailers, one hundred experts in the sector and twenty of the most influential CEOs in the retail world will meet. The meeting aims to show the new challenges of the sector and illustrate new trends to attendees to improve their productivity and positioning in the market. We will see the new trends that unite the offline and online worlds , and how to face challenges as important as digitalization, personalization, mobility, omnichannel, HR management, logistics and innovation in payments.
All this information has been coordinated through a complete programme of sessions, workshops, demos and round tables, where retailers will share successes, mistakes and successes to achieve the main objective: a better shopping experience for the customer.
